Biography
Lillian Cooper is an Architect, Artist and Writer from the United States. Her professional experience includes working in both a design and project management capacity across the United States, as well as heading various volunteer efforts in India and Honduras. Lillian’s Masters project focused on the declining health of underprivileged populations in Mexico City and included a proposal to revitalize a portion of Colonia Doctores to provide healthy and safe public space, art, exercise facilities, community gardens and education for its inhabitants.
She was awarded the American Institute of Architects, Kansas City Chapter – Emerging Professional of the Year award in 2015 and spent 2017 traversing the globe while working full-time and remotely for her U.S. based architecture firm. Lillian is inspired by the beautifully diverse people she meets as she travels and is dedicating her career to serving marginalized communities.
